Is your product authentic?
Yes. We deal only in genuine, factory-sealed product, backed by a written authenticity guarantee.

Are you an authorized Pokémon distributor?
No, and we don’t claim to be. We are a wholesale house supplying genuine, lawfully sourced product. Japanese-language product is made for the Japanese market and lawfully resold.

Do I need a business to buy?
Yes. Tobira is wholesale only, for vetted businesses. You’ll need a resale certificate / tax ID to apply.

What’s the minimum order?
$1,000, mix-and-match across any SKUs.

How is pricing set?
By volume. Approved partners receive a price list with their tier; higher volume earns better pricing.

How do you take payment?
Prepay wire, ACH bank transfer, Wise, Zelle, and credit card. Net 30 terms are available to vetted partners once established.

How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, tracked and insured.

Can you provide invoices for my records?
Yes. Every order ships with an itemized invoice in your business name.
