Tobira Collectibles sells authentic, factory-sealed product only.

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Report shipping damage, shortages, or fulfillment errors within 3 business days of delivery, with photos of the outer box, packing, and product, to support@tobiracollectibles.com.

Because sealed collectibles carry value tied to condition and market timing, **all sales are final.** We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or changes in market price.

Validated claims — verified shipping damage, manufacturer defects, or our fulfillment error — are resolved by replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion once the claim is confirmed.

We do not accept returns of opened, unsealed, or altered product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
