Shipping policy

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California, typically within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.

We ship via UPS, USPS, and/or FedEx, and provide tracking on every order. Orders over $250 ship with signature required.

Shipments are insured. Report transit damage within 3 business days of delivery, with photos, so we can file the carrier claim on your behalf.

We currently ship within the United States. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address; parcels returned to sender due to a bad address may incur additional reshipment cost. Risk of loss passes on delivery.
