Shipping

Every order ships tracked and insured. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Signature required on orders over $250.

Receiving your order

Inspect on arrival and keep all packaging until you’ve confirmed the order. Report any shortage, damage, or discrepancy within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Claims

If an order arrives damaged, short, or not as described, contact support@tobiracollectibles.com within 3 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace, refund, or credit per the situation.

Returns

Because we sell sealed collectible product, all sales are final except for verified authenticity, damage, or fulfillment errors. This protects every partner from claims abuse and keeps pricing tight.
